Future city

I had been wanting to do this for a while. I have drawn future cities since I was a child and I figured I should do that again, abeit this time vertically.

This one's Tokyo, Japan, Eastasia; for the 24th century universe project you have already seen some stuff for. I put the current Tokyo Tower for scale, and also a bunch of explanations for each level.

Additionally, I didn't draw the subsurface levels, because I lacked paper.
